QR medallions to identify animals and keep the service going after adoption

Who is this for?

This programme is for shelters, humane societies, and animal welfare and adoption organisations. It is not aimed at breeders — that is not part of NOX.PET's philosophy or ethics.

How it works (overview)

  1. Medallion packs linked to your organisation

    You receive medallions already tied to your partner account. Each QR is ready to use.

  2. Day-to-day at the shelter

    Put a medallion on an animal and scan the QR while signed in to your account: you create or edit their page directly.

  3. On adoption day

    From the animal's profile, you start a transfer to the adopter by email. They confirm via a secure link, sign up or log in, subscribe if needed (extra slot), and become owner of the medallion and profile.

  4. After adoption

    The adopter continues with standard NOX.PET. They may choose to show your organisation's name on the public page (optional, and great visibility for you).

Partner access

Shelter and rescue accounts are approved manually after you apply. We'll get back to you to finalize access, commercial terms (packs, partner pricing), and rollout timing.
